Your week in 5 minutes — Tuesday 7:02 AM

Hi Mary,

Here is what we did on your site this week, in two short lists. No chart legend required.

We repaired

  • 3 broken product links on /shop
  • Meta descriptions for 7 pages
  • Mobile load time on /shop/cakes: 4.2s → 2.1s
  • Alt text on 12 product photos

On deck for next week

  • Drafting alt text on 18 gallery images
  • Adding internal links from blog → shop
  • Recovering 2 dead social previews

One click approves everything in "On deck". Sick of any of it? Reply with the line numbers of things you want us to drop, and we drop them.

How it works

Three steps. Then it just runs.

We do the first two. You approve the third.

  1. We crawl every page

Pageward reads your whole site daily — links, metadata, headings, mobile speed, images. New pages get picked up automatically.

  2. We draft the fix

With the diff you can read. Meta tag for /shop/cakes: now describes what the page actually shows.

  3. You approve

Five-line recap, one-click approve, changes ship that day. Rankings we have nudged show up by week four.

What you get

The whole site, watched. The fixes, drafted. The dashboard, deleted.

01 · Surveillance

Every page, crawled every morning.

Broken product links, missing meta descriptions, images without alt text, pages loading slower than three seconds, headings out of order — Pageward catches the things a small business owner does not have time to look for, on the days they would have forgotten.

Crawl log — today

  • /shop/cakesMeta description missingfix drafted1
  • /blog/sourdoughHeading h2 → h3 mismatchfixed2
  • /gallery/weddingsImage 4 missing altfix drafted3
  • /aboutLargest paint 4.2sfix drafted4
  • /shop/brownies404 internal link from /menufixed5

02 · Remediation

We draft every fix. You approve every one.

Pageward does not stop at the audit. We write the actual meta description, write the new alt text, write the redirect rule, and put a diff in front of you. Nothing goes live without your click. You read it in one minute and ship it in one click.

Rosie's Bakery makes wedding cakes, birthday cakes, and gluten-free celebration cakes across Greater Boston. Order from the menu below or book a tasting.

03 · Reporting

One email on Monday. Plain English.

The recap we send the shop owner is the kind of email you would forward to your spouse: three things we repaired, where the rankings moved, what we are tackling next week. Written at the kitchen table, not the analyst desk.

Inbox · Tuesday 7:02 AM

One paragraph of wins, three queued items, two clicks. Five minutes to read.

04 · What we are not

No 40-tab dashboard. No chart legend. No jargon.

We are not a SaaS platform with a 40-tab dashboard that needs an onboarding call. We are an inbox you can read on a couch. No settings panels to break, no crawl budgets to interpret, no schema mark-up to learn.

What we removed from your week

Embracing NOT
  • 40-tab dashboardsgone
  • Chart legends to decodegone
  • Onboarding calls about schemagone
  • Crawl budget jargongone
  • In-app tutorial modulesgone
  • Sales calls to add usersgone

Sample recap

What you actually open on Monday morning.

No charts to decode. Three lines of wins, three lines of what is queued next, and the one button that ships it. Five minutes to read, an afternoon to land.
